    Because each piece is handcrafted, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number!

    How long does shipping take?

    Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS, depending on your location.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    If you need to make changes to your order or update your shipping address, please contact us at craftedbylexistudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been packaged or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

  • Are resin earrings heavy?

    Not at all! One of the best things about resin jewelry is how remarkably lightweight it is. You can wear bold, statement pieces all day long without pulling on your earlobes.

    What kind of metals do you use for earring posts?

    Your comfort and safety are super important to us. We use hypoallergenic stainless steel / nickel-free sterling silver posts and hooks, making them great for sensitive ears.

    How do I care for my resin jewelry?

    Resin is durable, but to keep your pieces looking high-shine and brilliant for years to come:

    • Avoid harsh chemicals: Keep away from perfume, hairspray, hand sanitizer, and cleaning chemicals.

    • Store properly: Keep your earrings in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight when you're not wearing them.

    • Keep dry: Remove before showering, swimming, or sleeping.

    • Cleaning: Gently wipe with a soft microfiber cloth to remove dust or fingerprints.

  • What is your return policy?

    Due to the hygienic nature of earrings and the handmade aspect of our small-batch items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

    What if my item arrives damaged?

    We carefully package every piece to ensure it arrives safely, but accidents can happen in transit! If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please email us at craftedbylexistudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage, and we will happily make it right!
