  • Minor imperfections, slight color variations, or tiny bubbles are a natural characteristic of the resin curing process and add to the unique story of each piece.

  • Item photos on the website are representative of the design, but slight variations should be expected in the piece you receive.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept secure payments via major credit cards and integrated platform processors at checkout. Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been cleared in full.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Because items are made or finished by hand, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped.

  • Shipping Policy: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or customs fees incurred on international shipping.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • No Returns & Exchanges: Due to the hygienic nature of jewelry and the custom, small-batch creation of our pieces, all sales are final.

  • Exception: If your piece arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can make it right.

6. Jewelry Care and Liability

Resin jewelry is durable but requires proper care to maintain its beauty over time. We provide specific care instructions with your order (such as avoiding prolonged direct sunlight, high heat, and harsh chemicals like perfume or acetone). We are not liable for damage resulting from improper care, normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product.
